A communication terminal, comprising:

• a first communication unit for communicating with a cellular network, a processing unit, and a first input/output unit, and characterized by further comprising:
• a second communication unit, for transmitting voice and data information between the processing unit and the first input/output unit by way of short distance wireless communication.

The communication terminal according to 21, wherein the second communication unit further comprises:

• a nearer end provided on the side of processing unit and a farther end provided oil the side of the first input/output unit, and the nearer end transmits the voice or data information outputted by the processing unit to the farther end by way of short distance wireless communication, then the farther end prompts a user the voice or data information by the first input/output unit;
• or the farther end sends the voice or data information from the first input/output unit to the near end by way of short distance wireless communication, the nearer end provides the voice or data information to the processing unit to process, the processing unit sends, through the first communication unit, the processed voice or data information to the cellular network.

The communication terminal according to 21, further comprising:

• a second input/output unit, for communicating with the processing unit by way of wire communication.

The communication terminal according to 21, wherein the first input/output unit further comprises:

• a keyboard unit for inputting data information or an operating instruction from an user;
• a voice input/output unit for inputting or outputting the voice information;
• and a display unit, for displaying data information comprising calling information and calling content.

The communication terminal according to 21, wherein the first input/output unit further comprises:

• a crystal oscillator, for counting and providing, a local timing.
