A method of producing a vitamin K dependent protein, comprising:
- a) culturing a cell that comprises:
- i) a nucleotide sequence encoding a vitamin K dependent protein;
- ii) a nucleotide sequence encoding a vitamin K dependent carboxylase;
- and
- iii) a nucleotide sequence encoding vitamin K epoxide reductase (VKOR), under conditions whereby the vitamin K dependent protein is produced;
- and
- b) harvesting the vitamin K dependent protein.
