Abstract
A multi-layer film includes a first layer including a blend of diene elastomer and not greater than about 40% by weight polyolefin. The multi-layer film also includes a second layer directly contacting and directly bonded to the first layer. The second layer includes a fluoropolymer.

A multilayer film comprising:
- a first layer comprising a:blend of diene elastomer and not greater than about 40% by weight polyolefin;
- and
- a second layer directly contacting and bonded directly to the first layer, the second layer including a fluoropolymer.

A method of forming a multilayer film, the method comprising:
- blending a diene elastomer and not greater than about 40% polyolefin to form a polymer blend;
- coextruding a multilayer film including first and second layers, the first layer including the polymer blend and the second layer including a fluoropolymer;
- and
- exposing the multilayer film to radiation, the radiation facilitating crosslinking in the first layer.
