Abstract
Provided herein are methods for treating or ameliorating a solid tumor in a subject comprising administering oncolytic viruses and immunosuppressive agents at or near the site of the tumor.
Claims18
A method for treating or ameliorating a solid tumor in a subject, comprising:
- (a) injecting an effective amount of an oncolytic virus into or near the solid tumor, wherein the oncolytic virus is capable of selectively killing cells of the solid tumor;
- and
- (b)) suppressing local immune responses at or near the solid tumor.
