Information Setting Display Apparatus and Information Setting Display Method

An information setting display apparatus for displaying a plurality of setting items on a display part and selecting and setting a setting content corresponding to each setting item, the information setting display apparatus comprising:

• setting item/setting content display means for displaying said plurality of setting items in one row and displaying each of said plurality of displayed setting items and a corresponding setting content in one column;
• setting item display control means responsive to a selection of any one of said plurality of displayed setting items, for displaying said selected setting item by expanding said selected setting item, and displaying said setting items not selected, by compressing said setting items not selected;
• and
• setting content display control means responsive to a selection of any one of said plurality of setting contents corresponding to said selected setting item, for displaying said selected setting content by expanding said selected setting content larger than said setting contents corresponding to said setting items not selected.

An information setting display method for an information setting display apparatus for displaying a plurality of setting items on a display part and selecting and setting a setting content corresponding to each setting item, the information setting display apparatus method comprising steps of:

• displaying said plurality of setting items in one column and displaying each of said plurality of displayed setting items and a corresponding setting content in one row;
• in response to a selection of any one of said plurality of displayed setting items, displaying said selected setting item by expanding said selected setting item, and displaying said setting items not selected, by compressing said setting items not selected;
• and
• in response to a selection of any one of said plurality of setting contents corresponding to said selected setting item, displaying said selected setting content by expanding said selected setting content larger than said setting contents corresponding to said setting items not selected.

An information setting display method for an information setting display apparatus for displaying a plurality of setting items on a display part and selecting and setting a setting content corresponding to each setting item, the information setting display apparatus method comprising steps of:

• displaying said plurality of setting items in one row and displaying each of said plurality of displayed setting items and a corresponding setting content in one column;
• in response to a selection of any one of said plurality of displayed setting items, displaying said selected setting item by expanding said selected setting item, and displaying said setting items not selected, by compressing said setting items not selected;
• and
• in response to a selection of any one of said plurality of setting contents corresponding to said selected setting item, displaying said selected setting content by expanding said selected setting content larger than said setting contents corresponding to said setting items not selected.
