Abstract
The present invention relates to a denture adhesive article comprising a safe and effective adhesive amount of a denture adhesive component, a safe and effective amount of a component selected from the group consisting of a water insoluble component, a thermoplastic component, and mixtures thereof, wherein the article has dry tack properties.

A denture adhesive article comprising:
- a) a safe and effective adhesive amount of a denture adhesive component;
- b) a safe and effective amount of a component selected the group consisting of a water insoluble component, thermoplastic component, and mixtures thereof;
- wherein the article has dry tack properties.
The article of claim 28 wherein the shear storage modulus G′ measured in dynes/cm2 at a frequency of about 1 Hz at about 25° C. is from about 3×106 to about 1×109.
The article of claim 29 wherein the shear storage modulus G′ measured in dynes/cm2 at a frequency of about 1 Hz at about 25° C. is from about 5×107 to about 5×108.
