Heteroaryl carboxamide compounds

A compound of formula I

• wherein
• —X—Y— is —CRa═CRc— or —CRa═N— or —CRaRb—CRcRd—,
• wherein Ra, Rb, Rc and Rd are independently from each other selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-C8alkyl;
• R1, R2, R4 and R5 are independently from each other selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C8alkyl, C1-C8alkoxy, halogen and halogen-C1-C8alkyl;
• R3 is Si(C1-C6alkyl)3;
• R6 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-C8alkyl;
• R7 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C8alkyl, hydroxy and halogen;
• R8 is selected from the group consisting of C1-C8alkyl, C2-C8alkenyl, halogen-C1-C8alkyl, heterocyclyl, heteroaryl which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or two groups independently selected from C1-C8alkyl, C1-C8alkoxy, halogen-C1-C8alkyl, halogen-C1-C8alkoxy and halogen, phenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or two groups independently selected from C1-C8alkyl, C1-C8alkoxy, halogen-C1-C8alkyl, halogen-C1-C8alkoxy and halogen, —OR12, wherein R12 is C1-C8alkyl or phenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or two groups independently selected from C1-C8alkyl, C1-C8alkoxy, halogen-C1-C8alkyl, halogen-C1-C8alkoxy and halogen, —NR13R14, wherein R13 and R14 independently from each other are selected from hydrogen, C1-C8alkyl, and phenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or two groups independently selected from C1-C8alkyl, C1-C8alkoxy, halogen-C1-C8alkyl, halogen-C1-C8alkoxy and halogen, and —C(O)—OR5, wherein R5 is hydrogen or C1-C8alkyl;
• R9, R10 and R11 independently from each other are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C8alkyl, cycloalkyl, C1-C8alkoxy, halogen-C1-C8alkyl, and halogen;
• n is 1, 2 or 3;
• and all pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
