Abstract
Adhesive preparations with improved percutaneous absorption of physiologically active substances, in particular, matrix adhesive preparations containing a base drug salt and an organic acid salt having an mean diameter of from 0.1 to 100 μm are provided.

A method for preparing a percutaneous absorption adhesive preparation having an adhesive layer comprising
- grinding an organic acid salt to make a mean diameter thereof to 0.1-100 μm,
- blending a base drug salt with said organic acid salt to make a composition, and
- heat-melting or dissolving in a solvent the composition to make the adhesive layer.
