Abstract
A valve body capable of preventing a seat part from being deformed by a stress caused by nonuniform tightening and completely closing a valve in a closed state and the valve having the valve body. The body (12) of the valve (10) formed of a resin material comprises an inside port (23) and an outside port (25) formed on the outside of the inside port (23). A seat part (12a) in contact with the tip part of a valve element (14) is formed at one end part of the inside port (23). The body is characterized in that the outside port (25) is formed on the radial outer side of the seat part (12a) approximately all around the seat part.

A valve body made from a resin material and having an internal port, and an external port provided on the outside of said internal port,
- and wherein a seat part is provided on one end portion of said internal port and abutting with a tip portion of a valve element, characterized in that
