Abstract
A disposable body fluid absorbent wearing article such as a menstruation pad and a diaper includes a coolant formed from a gelatinous sheet containing water. The coolant is wrapped up with an air-impervious sheet. The article makes it possible to keep a disposable body fluid absorbent wearing article in a usable condition for a long period.

A disposable body fluid absorbent wearing article comprising a liquid-pervious topsheet, a liquid-impervious backsheet, a body fluid absorbent core sandwiched between these two sheets and a coolant, wherein:
- said coolant is a water bearing gelatinous sheet adapted to exercise a cooling function as said water begins to evaporate and interposed between said topsheet and said core, or between said core and said backsheet or provided on an outer surface of said backseet facing away from said core and wrapped with an air-impervious sheet.
