Abstract
One pixel is divided into a first region including a first light emitting element and a second region including a second light emitting element, wherein the first region emits light in one direction and the second region emits light in the direction opposite to that of the first region. Independently driving the first light emitting element and the second light emitting element allows images to be displayed independently on the surface.
Claims3
A method for manufacturing a light emitting device, comprising:
- forming a translucent electrode and a nontranslucent electrode in the same layer on an insulating surface;
- forming an organic layer over the translucent electrode and the nontranslucent electrode under a pressure of 1×10−3 Pa or less;
- forming a transparent electrode on the organic layer under a pressure of 1×10−3 Pa or less;
- and
- forming a transparent protective film on the transparent electrode under a pressure of 1×10−3 Pa or less.

A method for manufacturing a light emitting device, comprising:
- forming a translucent electrode and a nontranslucent electrode on an insulating surface;
- forming an organic resin layer so as to cover an end of the translucent electrode and an end of the nontranslucent electrode;
- forming an organic layer over the organic resin layer, the translucent electrode, and the nontranslucent electrode;
- forming a transparent electrode over the organic layer;
- forming a reflecting electrode over the nontranslucent electrode and in contact with the transparent electrode;
- and
- forming a transparent protective film over part of the transparent electrode and over the reflecting electrode.
