Abstract
A coating and drying apparatus for the application of a coating substance to a stent and drying the stent is provided.
Claims5
A method of forming a coating on stents, comprising:
- placing a cartridge within a chamber, the chamber including a drying section and a spray coating section, and the cartridge having a plurality of stent mandrels each supporting a stent;
- positioning a stent in the spray coating section of the chamber;
- and
- applying a coating composition to the stent in the spray coating section of the chamber.
