Provided are methods of modulating activity of regulatory T cells, CD4+ T cells, and CD8+ T cells. Also provided are methods of treating immune disorders.
Claims14
A method of modulating proliferation of a human cell comprising contacting the cell with:
- a) an agonist of glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor family-related receptor (TEASR) or of TEASR-L ligand (TEASR-L);
- or
- b) an antagonist of TEASR or of TEASR-L.
A method of treating a human immune disorder comprising treatment or administration with an antagonist of TEASR.
A method of treating a human proliferative disorder comprising treatment or administration with an agonist of TEASR.
