An isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment that selectively binds human MAdCAM.
A method of detecting human MAdCAM in a sample, comprising contacting said sample with an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof which binds human MAdCAM under conditions suitable for specific binding of said antibody or antigen-binding fragment to human MAdCAM, and detecting antibody-MAdCAM or antigen-binding fragment-MAdCAM complexes which are formed.
