• an information acquiring unit to acquire a navigation manager including a playlist manager to execute startup procedures based on descriptions in a playlist and a parser to read and parse files in response to a request from the playlist manager;
• and
• an information recording unit to record the navigation manager in an information storage medium.

• acquiring a navigation manager including a playlist manager to execute startup procedures based on descriptions in a playlist and a parser to read and parse files in response to a request from the playlist manager;
• and
• recording the navigation manager in an information storage medium.

A program description method, comprising:

• describing a program code for a playlist manager to execute startup procedures based on descriptions in a playlist;
• and
