Abstract
An image processing apparatus includes a feature value generating unit configured to generate a feature value of an image of a first page; and an embedding unit configured to embed the feature value of the image of the first page generated by the feature value generating unit in an image of a second page, which is different from the first page.

An image processing apparatus comprising:
- a feature value generating unit configured to generate a feature value of an image of a first page;
- and
- an embedding unit configured to embed the feature value of the image of the first page generated by the feature value generating unit in an image of a second page, which is different from the first page.
An image processing apparatus comprising:
- a feature value generating unit configured to generate feature values of images of given pages of an input document image including a plurality of pages;
- and
- an embedding unit configured to embed the feature values of the images of the given pages of the document image generated by the feature value generating unit in images of other pages corresponding to respective given pages,
- wherein the other pages corresponding to the respective given pages are included in the input document image.

An image processing apparatus comprising:
- a generating unit configured to generate feature values of images of given pages of a document image from the images of the given pages, the document image including a plurality of pages in which the feature values of the images of the given pages are embedded in images of other pages;
- an obtaining unit configured to obtain the feature values of the images of the given pages of the document image from the images of the other pages;
- a comparing unit configured to compare the generated feature values of the images of all pages with the obtained feature values of the images of all pages;
- and
- a control unit configured to perform control based on a comparison result generated by the comparing unit.

- generating a feature value of an image of a first page;

- embedding the feature value of the image of the first page generated in the feature value generating step in an image of a second page, which is different from the first page.
