Abstract
A method for creating a path for data transmission in a network determines the reliability rate of each of a plurality of network elements, and selects a network element with a reliability ability rate above a threshold value. The method enables a path including the selected network element for data transmission.

A method for creating a path for data transmission in a network, comprising:
- determining a reliability rate of each of a plurality of network elements;
- selecting a network element with a reliability rate above a threshold value;
- and
- enabling a path comprising said selected network element for data transmission.
