A device for generation of a reference frequency comprising:
- a component configured to generate a reference voltage;
- and
- a slaving circuit configured for slaving said reference frequency to said reference voltage.
The device for generation of a reference frequency according to 7, wherein said component configured for generating a reference voltage includes a Bandgap type generator.
