A structured color cosmetic composition comprising water, a phenyl-substituted silicone having a viscosity ranging from about 650 to 600,000 centipoise at 25° C., a nonionic surfactant, and particulates.
A method for moisturizing and hydrating lips comprising applying to the lips a lipstick composition comprising water and at least one occlusive oil capable of forming a barrier layer on the lips after the lipstick composition has been applied to the lips.
A structured color cosmetic composition comprising a phenyl-substituted silicone having a viscosity ranging from about 650 to 600,000 centipoise at 25° C. and at least one oil having a molecular mass of less than 500 grams/mole.
