Claims20
An apparatus adapted for use on a boat for conveying non-free flowing drill cuttings comprising:
- a first pressure vessel for receiving said non-free flowing drill cuttings;
- said first pressure vessel being adapted to allow a compressed conveyance gas to be introduced therein as the principal source of inducing movement of said non-free flowing drill cuttings in said vessel whereby at least a portion of said non-free flowing drill cuttings is discharged from the vessel.
An apparatus to convey non-free flowing oil well drill cuttings comprising:
- a first pressure vessel configured to receive said non-free flowing oil well drill cuttings;
- said first pressure vessel configured to allow a compressed conveyance gas to be introduced therein, wherein the pressure of said compressed conveyance gas forces at least a portion of said non-free flowing oil well drill cuttings out from said first pressure vessel.
A system to convey non-free flowing drill cuttings comprising:
- an oil well drilling rig including a storage vessel, said storage vessel holding non-free flowing drill cuttings;
- a first conduit connected to said storage vessel on one end, said first conduit connected to a first pressure vessel on a second end;
- a boat including said first pressure vessel, said first pressure vessel configured to receive said non-free flowing drill cuttings, said first pressure vessel configured to allow a conveyance gas to be introduced therein, wherein the pressure of said conveyance gas forces at least a portion of said non-free flowing oil well drill cuttings out from said first pressure vessel.
