Abstract
An integrated card system providing multiple payment and loading mechanisms is provided herein.

An integrated card, comprising:
- a substrate;
- and
- a computer readable medium, the computer readable medium comprising:
- computer readable information on for a plurality of integrated implicitly selectable card-accessible accounts, including:
- a conventional debit card account and a merchant credit account.

A computer-implemented method of processing a card transaction, the method comprising:
- obtaining, in a predetermined type of card reader, information for one of a plurality of selectable card accessible accounts from an integrated card;
- implicitly selecting a type of card transaction, selectable from at least a conventional debit card transaction and a credit card transaction;
- and
- initiating a card transaction of said selected type.

The method of claim wherein implicitly selecting further includes automatically matching predetermined type of card reader to said account information.
A system for processing card transactions comprising:
- an integrated card operative to store computer readable account information, and
- a card reader device operative to obtain information from the integrated card, implicitly select the type of transaction to be initiated, and initiate the card transaction.
