Abstract
In a control module for a motor vehicle with an electric switch in a housing, the housing has at least one locking element that can be resiliently deflected, in the locking position of which the housing is secured in the correct position in a seat provided therefore. Each locking element has an associated push button accessible by the user, which cooperates with the locking element in such a way that when it is operated the locking element assumes a release position against its resilient deflection.
Claims12
A control module for a motor vehicle, comprising:
- an electric switch;
- a housing containing an electric switch;
- at least one locking element of the housing that is configured to resiliently deflect, in locking position of which the housing is secured in the correct position in a seat provided therefore,
- an associated push button associated with the at least one locking element and accessible by the user, the associated push button configured to cooperate with the locking element in such a way that when the associated push button is operated by the user and the locking element assumes a release position against its resilient deflection.
A control module for a motor vehicle, comprising:
- an electric switch;
- a housing containing the electric switch;
- at least one locking element of the housing that can be resiliently deflected in a locking position of which the housing is secured in the correct position in a seat provided therefore;
- an associated push button for the locking element that is accessible by the user, wherein during operation of the associated push button the locking element is released and the switch cooperates with the locking element in such a way that in a defined switching position the locking element assumes a release position against its resilient deflection.
A control module for a motor vehicle, comprising:
- an electric switch;
- a housing containing the electric switch;
- at least one locking element of the housing that is configured to provide a resilient deflection in the locking position of which the housing is secured in the correct position in a seat provided therefore,
- an associated push button for the electric switch that is accessible by the user, wherein during operation of the electric switch a defined switching position of the switch is enabled, and the switch cooperates with the locking element in such a way that in a defined switching position the locking element assumes a release position against its resilient deflection.
A method for securing a control module in a motor vehicle with an electric switch in a housing that has at least one locking element that can be resiliently deflected in the locking position of which the housing can be secured in the correct position in a seat provided therefore, comprising the steps of:
- operating an associated push button accessible by the user to release the locking element from a locking position;
- and
- moving the switch into a defined switching position to bring the locking element into a release position against its resilient deflection.
A method for securing a control module in a motor vehicle with an electric switch in a housing that has at least one locking element that can be resiliently deflected in the locking position of which the housing can be secured in the correct position in a seat provided therefore, comprising the steps of:
- operating an associated push button accessible by the user to release the switch from a locking position, and
- moving the switch into a defined switching position to bring the locking element into a release position against its resilient deflection.
