Abstract
Provided is a device for removing mascara capable of easily removing mascara applied on eyelashes. The device includes upper and lower clips for pressing eyelashes downward and upward, and as absorbent member and/or a comb installed at the clips to remove the mascara. Therefore, it is possible to prevent chemical mascara-removing material from penetrating into eyeballs to protect the eyeballs, since the absorbent member and the comb are in contact with only the eyelashes.

A device for removing mascara comprising:
- an upper grip member having an upper grip part at its one end, an upper body extending from the upper grip part, and support rods bifurcated from the upper body to have a space larger than the width of the eyelashes;
- a lower grip member having a lower body crossing the upper body of the upper grip member in a scissors manner, a lower grip part extending from one end of the lower body to correspond to the upper grip part, and a lifting link pivotally connected to the other end of the lower body;
- an upper clip for connecting both ends of the support rods and having an eyelash clip provided with an absorbent member into which mascara-removing material can be smeared;
- and
- a lower clip connected to one end of the lifting link, having a shape conforming to the upper clip, provided with both ends inserted into the support rods to be vertically moved, and having an eyelash clip provided with a comb for combing the eyelashes.
