The economizer tank holds a predetermined water supply. An electric furnace is in the first unit proximate the steam boiler. The electric furnace provides heat to the steam boiler to produce steam. A direct current battery system is in the first unit located beneath the electric furnace. A water tank is in the second unit. The water tank is configured to supply water to the steam boiler. A boiler feed pump and a steam condenser are in the second unit. A steam driven generator is in the second unit.
