Abstract
The present invention relates to a radio wave-transmitting, wavelength-selective plate, which is characterized in that a layer composed of Ag fine particles is formed and that the central portions of the Ag fine particles contain an alloy (Ag alloy) formed of Ag and a metal which forms a homogeneous solid solution with Ag (hereinafter referred to as a homogeneous solid solution metal).
Claims14
A radio wave-transmitting, wavelength-selective plate having Ag laminated on a transparent substrate, characterized in that a layer wherein Ag fine particles are dispersed by a heat treatment is formed and that a central portion of the Ag fine particles contains an alloy (hereinafter referred to as Ag alloy) formed of Ag and a metal forming a homogeneous solid solution (hereinafter referred to as homogeneous solid solution metal) with Ag.
