A media handling system, comprising: a media pick means; a media holder that interacts with the media pick means; and a selectable, lockable, automatically movable media tray located substantially adjacent to the media holder, wherein the movable media tray is engageable/disengageable with the media pick means.

- a media pick means;
- a media holder that interacts with the media pick means;

- a selectable, lockable, automatically movable media tray located substantially adjacent to the media holder, wherein the movable media tray is engageable/disengageable with the media pick means.
A method for media handling, comprising:
- locking/unlocking a selectable, automatically movable media tray;
- moving the media tray towards/away from a feed roller;
- and
- picking a sheet of media from the tray when the tray is substantially adjacent to the feed roller.
A system for media handling, comprising:
- means for locking/unlocking a selectable, automatically movable media tray;
- means for moving the media tray towards/away from a feed roller;
- and
- means for picking a sheet of media from the tray when the tray is substantially adjacent to the feed roller.
A program storage medium readable by computer, tangibly embodying a program of instructions executable by the computer to perform method steps for a method for a method for media handling, comprising:
- locking/unlocking a selectable, automatically movable media tray;
- moving the media tray towards/away from a feed roller;
