Abstract
A telephone apparatus includes: a call signal detecting unit that detects a call signal transmitted via a public telephone line; an identification information detecting unit that detects source identification information transmitted via the public telephone line; and a source identification information detection control unit that controls an operation of the identification information detecting unit. The source identification information detection control unit actuates the identification information detecting unit when the call signal detecting unit detects the call signal and a predetermined condition is satisfied, and stops or does not actuate the identification information detecting unit when the call signal detecting unit detects the call signal and the predetermined condition is not satisfied.
Claims9
A telephone apparatus comprising:
- a call signal detecting unit that detects a call signal transmitted via a public telephone line;
- an identification information detecting unit that detects source identification information transmitted via the public telephone line;
- and
- a source identification information detection control unit that controls an operation of the identification information detecting unit,
- wherein the source identification information detection control unit actuates the identification information detecting unit when the call signal detecting unit detects the call signal and a predetermined condition is satisfied, and
- the source identification information detection control unit stops or does not actuate the identification information detecting unit when the call signal detecting unit detects the call signal and the predetermined condition is not satisfied.
A program product for enabling a computer of a telephone apparatus including a call signal detecting unit that detects a call signal transmitted via a public telephone line and an identification information detecting unit that detects source identification information transmitted via the public telephone line, to perform predetermined operations as an identification information detection control device for controlling an operation of the identification information detecting unit, the operations comprising the steps of:
- judging whether a call signal has been detected by the call signal detecting unit;
- judging whether a predetermined condition for actuating the identification information detecting unit is satisfied;
- and
- actuating the identification information detecting unit when it is judged that the call signal has been detected and the that the predetermined condition is satisfied, and stopping or does not actuating the identification information detecting unit when it is judged that the call signal has been detected and that the predetermined condition is not satisfied.
