A method of converting information into a voice signal to be sent to a recipient's communication terminal, comprising:

• storing an event condition and identification information of a communication terminal;
• determining whether or not an event corresponding to the event condition occurs;
• confirming, with the recipient, payment for the voice information;
• converting the content of the event into a voice signal;
• and
• transmitting the voice signal to the recipient's communication terminal.

A method of converting information into a voice signal to be sent to a user's communication terminal, comprising:

• uploading, to a network, a question received from a first user on a knowledge based search system;
• uploading, to a network, an answer received from a second user on the search system;
• converting the answer to a voice signal;
• and
• transmitting the voice signal to the first user's communication terminal.

A system for converting information into a voice signal to be sent to a recipient's communication terminal, comprising:

• means for storing an event condition and identification information of a communication terminal;
• means for determining whether or not an event corresponding to the event condition occurs;
• means for confirming, with the recipient, payment for the voice information;
• means for converting the content of the event into a voice signal;
• and
• means for transmitting the voice signal to the recipient's communication terminal.
