Abstract
In various embodiments, a method for processing a request made by a requester is provided. The method may include receiving at least one request from at least one requester, the request being in the form of natural language; analyzing the request with an agent; selecting at least one form based on analyzing the request; permitting a service agent to perform at least one step in association with the request; executing at least one update based on at least one form; and, forwarding information regarding processing of the request to a learning module operatively associated with the agent.
Claims43
A method for processing a request made by a requester, the method comprising:
- receiving at least one request from at least one requester, the request being in the form of natural language;
- analyzing the request with an agent;
- selecting at least one form based on analyzing the request;
- permitting a service agent to perform at least one step in association with the request;
- executing at least one update based on at least one form;
- and,
- forwarding information regarding processing of the request to a learning module operatively associated with the agent.
A system for processing a request made by a requester, the system comprising:
- an analysis module for receiving at least one request from at least one requester, the request being in the form of natural language, analyzing the request, selecting at least one form based on analyzing the request, permitting a service agent to perform at least one step in association with the request;
- an execution module for executing at least one update associated with the request based on at least one form;
- and,
- a learning module for teaching the analysis module in association with analyzing the transaction associated with the request.
A computer-readable medium including instructions for causing a computer system to process a request made by a requester, the medium comprising:
- instructions for receiving at least one request from at least one requester, the request being in the form of natural language;
- instructions for analyzing the request with an agent;
- instructions for selecting at least one form based on analyzing the request;
- instructions for permitting a service agent to perform at least one step in association with the request;
- instructions for executing at least one update associated with the request based on at least one form;
- and,
- instructions for analyzing the transaction associated with the request to teach a learning module operatively associated with the agent.
