Abstract
In various embodiments, a method for processing a user request is provided. The method may include receiving input data from a user including at least natural language associated with a user request; analyzing the user input data with an intermediary agent; selecting at least one form based on analyzing the user input data; and, executing at least one update based on at least one form.
Claims49
A method for processing a user request, the method comprising:
- receiving input data from a user including at natural language associated with a user request;
- analyzing the user input data with an intermediary agent;
- selecting at least one form based on analyzing the user input data;
- and,
- executing at least one update based on at least one form.
A system for processing a user request, the system comprising:
- a. an intermediary agent configured for receiving input data from a user, the input data including at least natural language associated with a user request;
- and,
- b. the intermediary agent being further configured for:
- i. analyzing the user input data with an intermediary agent;
- ii. selecting at least one form based on analyzing the user input data;
- and,
- iii. executing at least one update based on at least one form.
A computer-readable medium including instructions for causing a computer system to execute a method for processing a user request, the medium comprising:
- instructions for receiving input data from a user including at least natural language associated with a user request;
- instructions for analyzing the user input data with an intermediary agent;
- instructions for selecting at least one form based on analyzing the user input data;
- and,
- instructions for executing at least one update based on at least one form.
