The present invention relates to an in vivo regimen for the treatment of a proliferative disease, where an epothilone, is administered in a loading dose followed by at least 1, maintenance doses.

A method for treating a proliferative disease, said method comprising the step of administrating a loading dose followed by at least 1 maintenance dose, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, to a warm-blooded animal in need of such treatment.
