A pharmaceutical composition comprising only two active ingredients wherein the first of said active ingredients is a corticosteroid and the second of said active ingredients is dipyridamole, and wherein said pharmaceutical composition further comprises an excipient.
A pharmaceutical composition consisting of active ingredients and excipients, wherein said active ingredients consist of a corticosteroid;

- dipyridamole.
A composition formulated for oral administration comprising only two active ingredients, wherein the first of said active ingredients is dipyridamole in an amount that ranges from 50 to 400 mg and the second of said active ingredients is prednisolone in an amount that ranges from 0.5 to 10 mg.
