Abstract
The present disclosure provides prodrugs of biologically active 2,4-pyrimidinediamine compounds, compositions comprising the prodrugs, intermediates and methods for synthesizing the prodrugs and methods of using the prodrugs in a variety of applications.

A prodrug compound, or a salt, solvate, hydrate or N-oxide thereof, comprising a 2,4-pyrimidinediamine moiety and at least one progroup Rp, said progroup Rp being covalently linked to a primary or secondary amino nitrogen atom of the 2,4-pyrimidinediamine moiety.
N4-(2,2-dimethyl-4-[(dihydrogen phosphonoxy)methyl]-3-oxo-5-pyrido[1,4]oxazin-6-yl)-5-fluoro-N2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-2,4-pyrimidinediamine and salts and solvates thereof.
N4-(2,2-dimethyl-4-[hydroxymethyl]-3-oxo-5-pyrido[1,4]oxazin-6-yl)-5-fluoro-N2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-2,4-pyrimidinediamine and salts and solvates thereof.
