Abstract
An abdominal exercise device having a flat band formed by a double layer of mesh material. A pair of straps are retained on each end of the band. A pair of cushioned handles are respectively retained on the straps.

An abdominal exerciser for an individual comprising
- body means having a flat member with opposite ends, said flat member being formed from a flexible material
- a pair of straps being respectively attached to said opposite ends of said flat member, and
- said pair of straps having handle means retained on each of said pair of straps for gripping by an individual during exercise.
