A method for treating or preventing a medical condition, in a subject, selected from the group consisting of neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, osteosarcoma, pancreatic cancer, Wilm's tumor and pediatric cancer comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of one or more IGF1R inhibitors or pharmaceutical compositions thereof to the subject.
