A display method of a reproduction apparatus that has a display section, the display method comprising the steps of:

• selecting one display screen of a first display screen, a second display screen, and a third display screen, the first display screen displaying a picture corresponding to an externally input video signal or a video signal that is reproduced by the reproduction section and information about the video signal in different areas, the second display screen displaying setup states of a plurality of keys as a key set that are capable of selecting a plurality of functions, a picture corresponding to an externally input video signal or corresponding to a video signal that is reproduced by the reproduction section in different areas, the third display screen displaying only a picture corresponding to an externally input video signal or corresponding to a video signal that is reproduced by the reproduction section;
• and
• displaying the selected display screen on the display section.

A display program that causes a computer device to execute a display method of a reproduction apparatus that has a display section, the display method comprising the steps of:

• selecting one display screen of a first display screen, a second display screen, and a third display screen, the first display screen displaying a picture corresponding to an externally input video signal or a video signal that is reproduced by the reproduction section and information about the video signal in different areas, the second display screen displaying setup states of a plurality of keys as a key set that are capable of selecting a plurality of functions, a picture corresponding to an externally input video signal or corresponding to a video signal that is reproduced by the reproduction section in different areas, the third display screen displaying only a picture corresponding to an externally input video signal or corresponding to a video signal that is reproduced by the reproduction section;
• and
• displaying the selected display screen on the display section.

A display apparatus, comprising:

• a display section that displays a screen;
• and
• a display control section that selects one display screen of a first display screen, a second display screen, and a third display screen and causes the display section to display the selected display screen, the first display screen displaying a picture corresponding to an externally input video signal and information about the video signal in different areas, the second display screen displaying setup states of a plurality of keys as a key set that are capable of selecting a plurality of functions, a picture corresponding to an externally input video signal in different areas, the third display screen displaying only a picture corresponding to an externally input video signal.

A display method of a display apparatus having a display section, the display method comprising the steps of:

• selecting one display screen of a first display screen, a second display screen, and a third display screen, the first display screen displaying a picture corresponding to an externally input video signal and information about the video signal in different areas, the second display screen displaying setup states of a plurality of keys as a key set that are capable of selecting a plurality of functions, a picture corresponding to an externally input video signal in different areas, the third display screen displaying only a picture corresponding to an externally input video signal;
• and
• causing the display section to display the selected display screen.
