Abstract
A female condom has a pouch with an open end, a closed end, and a tubular body extending longitudinally therebetween. The female condom also includes an anchor attached to and outside of the closed end of the pouch.
Claims30
A female condom, said condom comprising:
- a pouch having an open end, a closed end, and a tubular body extending longitudinally between said open end and said closed end, wherein said tubular body has a wall with an interior and an exterior;
- and
- an anchor coupled to said closed end outside of said pouch and extending longitudinally away from said tubular body at said closed end, wherein said anchor is capable of forming at least a partial vacuum between a wall of a vagina into which the condom is inserted and said exterior of said tubular body.
A female condom, said condom comprising:
- a pouch having an open end, a closed end, and a tubular body extending longitudinally between said open end and said closed end, wherein said tubular body has a wall with an interior and an exterior;
- a cover portion, wherein said cover has an orifice therethrough, and wherein said open end of said pouch is attached to said cover about said orifice;
- and
- a waist band attached to said cover, wherein said band is to be disposed about a female user's waist for covering the user's perineum from the pubic region to the anal region with said cover and for aligning said open end of said pouch with the opening of the user's vagina, and wherein said closed end is capable of forming at least a partial vacuum between a wall of the vagina into which said pouch is inserted and said exterior of said tubular body.
