Position adjustable control panel for image forming device

A control panel adapted to be attached to a main body of an image forming device, the control panel having a plurality of positions with respect to the image forming device main body, the control panel comprising:

• at least one bracket adapted to be fixed to the main body of the image forming device;
• a panel main body pivotably supported to the bracket;
• a first lateral shaft provided between the bracket and the panel main body to allow the panel main body to pivot among the plurality of positions;
• a movable member mounted to the panel main body to be movable between a first position and a second position along a first direction with respect to the panel main body;
• a plurality of pins provided to one of the movable member and the bracket;
• a recess provided to the other of the movable member and the bracket, wherein the recess is engageable with selected one of the plurality of pins thereby restricting movement of the panel main body in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction in the selected position, and wherein the recess disengages the selected one of the pins when the movable member is in the second position thereby allowing the panel man body to move;
• a control member movable substantially in the first direction to move the movable member between the first position and the second position.
