Abstract
An endurance test is carried out after judgment models are created from normal data obtained from test apparatus while operating stably and presence and absence of abnormality in a target object is judged from waveform data obtained during the test and by using the created judgment models. An aid device creates such judgment models automatically by creating divided waveform data by dividing obtained waveform data into portions of unit time, obtaining characteristic quantities in units of the divided waveform data based on a plurality of the divided waveform data for the unit time. The judgment models are created for the unit time based on the obtained characteristic quantities.
Claims20
An aid device for creating judgment model for an inspection apparatus for extracting characteristic quantities from waveform data obtained from a target object of inspection and judging condition of said target object based on the extracted characteristic quantities, said aid device comprising:
- divided waveform data creating means for creating divided waveform data by dividing obtained waveform data into portions of unit time;
- calculating means for obtaining characteristic quantities in units of the divided waveform data based on a plurality of the divided waveform data for the unit time;
- and
- model creating means for creating judgment model for judging condition of said target object for the unit time based on the obtained characteristic quantities.
An aid device for creating judgment model for an inspection apparatus for extracting characteristic quantities from waveform data obtained from a target object of inspection operating repeatedly in a specified pattern and judging condition of said target object based on the extracted characteristic quantities, said aid device comprising:
- divided waveform data creating means for creating divided waveform data by dividing obtained waveform data into portions of unit time;
- calculating means for obtaining characteristic quantities in units of the divided waveform data based on a plurality of the divided waveform data for the unit time;
- and
- model creating means for creating judgment model, based on the obtained characteristic quantities, for each of areas into which said pattern has been divided by said divided waveform data creating means.
An inspection apparatus comprising judging means for carrying out a status judgment on obtained target object of inspection based on a judgment model created by an aid device, said aid device comprising:
- divided waveform data creating means for creating divided waveform data by dividing obtained waveform data into portions of unit time;
- calculating means for obtaining characteristic quantities in units of the divided waveform data based on a plurality of the divided waveform data for the unit time;
- model creating means for creating judgment model for judging condition of said target object for the unit time based on the obtained characteristic quantities.
An inspection apparatus for inspecting a target object that operates by repeating specified patterns, said inspection apparatus comprising judging means having the functions of:
- obtaining judgment models based on one of said repeated specified pattern by using an aid device, said aid device comprising:
- divided waveform data creating means for creating divided waveform data by dividing obtained waveform data into portions of unit time;
- calculating means for obtaining characteristic quantities in units of the divided waveform data based on a plurality of the divided waveform data for the unit time;
- and
- model creating means for creating judgment model, based on the obtained characteristic quantities, for each of areas into which said pattern has been divided by said divided waveform data creating means;
- and
- carrying out a judgment process by using said obtained judgment models corresponding to obtained waveform portions.
An endurance test apparatus for carrying out an endurance test to test endurance of a target object;
- said endurance test apparatus comprising judgment means for judging whether said target object is normal or abnormal by using a judgment model that is created by using, as normal data, data obtained during an initial period of said endurance test when said endurance test apparatus is operating stably and based on waveform data obtained during said endurance test.
An endurance test method comprising the steps of:
- causing a rotary motion for a specified length of time and providing waveform data obtained meanwhile to an aid device that comprises:
- divided waveform data creating means for creating divided waveform data by dividing obtained waveform data into portions of unit time;
- calculating means for obtaining characteristic quantities in units of the divided waveform data based on a plurality of the divided waveform data for the unit time;
- and
- model creating means for creating judgment model for judging condition of said target object for the unit time based on the obtained characteristic quantities;
- causing said aid device to create judgment models by using said provided waveform data as normal data;
- thereafter carrying out an endurance test to judge presence and absence of abnormality based on waveform data that are obtained during said endurance test by using said created judgment models;
- and
- outputting an alarm signal if abnormality is detected.
An endurance test method comprising the steps of:
- causing a rotary motion for a specified length of time and providing waveform data obtained meanwhile to an aid device that comprises:
- divided waveform data creating means for creating divided waveform data by dividing obtained waveform data into portions of unit time;
- calculating means for obtaining characteristic quantities in units of the divided waveform data based on a plurality of the divided waveform data for the unit time;
- and
- model creating means for creating judgment model, based on the obtained characteristic quantities, for each of areas into which a pattern of operation of said endurance test apparatus has been divided by said divided waveform data creating means;
- causing said aid device to create judgment models by using said provided waveform data as normal data;
- thereafter carrying out an endurance test to judge presence and absence of abnormality based on waveform data that are obtained during said endurance test by using said created judgment models;
- and
- outputting an alarm signal if abnormality is detected.
