Abstract
The invention relates to N-phenyl-2-pyrimidine-amine derivatives of formula I wherein the substituents are defined as indicated in the description, to processes for the preparation thereof, to medicaments comprising those compounds, and to the use thereof in the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions for the therapeutic treatment of warm-blooded animals, including humans.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula I
- wherein
- R1 is pyridyl bonded at a ring carbon atom,
- R2 and R3 are both hydrogen,
- R4 is lower alkyl,
- R5 and R6 are both hydrogen,
- R7 is a radical of formula II, wherein
- R9 is hydrogen,
- x is oxo,
- n is 0 and
- R10 is phenyl which is substituted by piperazinyl-lower alkyl, and R8 is hydrogen,
- or a salt of such a compound having at least one salt-forming group together with a pharmaceutical carrier.
