Abstract
A combination product containing at least two active compounds, O-desmethylvenlafaxine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and bazedoxifene or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is described. Also described are methods of making and using this combination product to treat a variety of conditions associated with low circulating estrogen levels or low estrogen receptor activity.

A combination product comprising as active compounds O-desmethylvenlafaxine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and bazedoxifene or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A tablet comprising a first layer comprising desvenlafaxine succinate, hypomellose, microcrystalline cellulose, talc and magnesium stearate, and a second layer comprising bazedoxifene or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A capsule comprising desvenlafaxine succinate multiparticulates and bazedoxifene or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
