Abstract
The present invention relates to Trojan antigens, and immunogenic compositions comprising the Trojan antigens. The present invention also relates to methods of generating an immune response in a subject using the Trojan antigens or immunogenic compositions. The present invention further relates to methods of treating squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) using the Trojan antigens and immunogenic compositions of the present invention.
Claims42
A isolated polypeptide comprising amino acids 1-35 of SEQ ID NO:15.
A isolated polypeptide comprising amino acids 1-47 of SEQ ID NO:17.
A isolated polypeptide comprising amino acids 1-21 of SEQ ID NO:19.
A isolated polypeptide comprising amino acids 1-43 of SEQ ID NO:22.
A method of generating an immune response in a subject comprising administering a polypeptide comprising amino acids 1-47 of SEQ ID NO:17 to a subject in an amount sufficient to induce an immune response in said subject.
A method of generating an immune response in a subject comprising administering a polypeptide comprising amino acids 1-43 of SEQ ID NO:22, wherein X6, X30, X31 and X33 are each independently cysteine or aminobutyric acid, to a subject in an amount sufficient to induce an immune response in said subject.
A method of generating an immune response in a subject comprising administering (a) a polypeptide comprising amino acids 1-47 of SEQ ID NO:17 and (b) a polypeptide comprising amino acids 1-43 of SEQ ID NO:22, wherein X6, X30, X31 and X33 are each independently cysteine or aminobutyric acid, to a subject in an amount sufficient to induce an immune response in said subject.
A method of treating squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) comprising administering to a subject in need of such treatment a therapeutically-effective amount of a polypeptide comprising amino acids 1-47 of SEQ ID NO:17.
A method of treating SCCHN comprising administering to a subject in need of such treatment a therapeutically-effective amount of a polypeptide comprising amino acids 1-43 of SEQ ID NO:22, wherein X6, X30, X31 and X33 are each independently cysteine or aminobutyric acid.
A method of treating SCCHN comprising administering to a subject in need of such treatment a therapeutically-effective amount of (a) a polypeptide comprising amino acids 1-47 of SEQ ID NO:17 and (b) a polypeptide comprising amino acids 1-43 of SEQ ID NO:22, wherein X6, X30, X31 and X33 are each independently cysteine or aminobutyric acid.
An expression vector comprising an isolated polynucleotide molecule encoding amino acids 1-35 of SEQ ID NO:15.
An expression vector comprising an isolated polynucleotide molecule encoding amino acids 1-47 of SEQ ID NO:17.
An expression vector comprising an isolated polynucleotide molecule encoding amino acids 1-21 of SEQ ID NO:19.
