Abstract
For a compression stage of a compressor comprising several compression stages (28) with a rotor (14) and a stator (26), an outer casing (8) and an inner casing (4) delimiting a flowpath (10) with an <<outer flowpath>> (34) and an <<inner flowpath>> (36), the method comprises an air suction operation in which air sucked in from the inner flowpath is sent into a vane of said stator, and a bleed operation in which air is bled in said vane and is sent outside the compressor. The compressor arrangement for use of the method comprises suction means (42, 44) and bleed means (48, 50).
Claims47
An air circulation method in a turbomachine compressor, said compressor comprising:
- several compression stages (28, 28′) each composed of a bladed rotor (14, 14′) and a bladed stator (26, 26′),
- an outer casing (8) and an inner casing (4), delimiting a flowpath (10) in which the blades (18, 18′) of the rotor (14, 14′) and the vanes (22, 22′) of the stator (26, 26′) are located,
- an outer part of the flowpath called the <<outer flowpath>> (34), corresponding to functional clearances between the outer casing (8) and the blades (18, 18′) of the rotor (14, 14′), and
- an inner part of the flowpath called the <<inner flowpath>> (36), corresponding to functional clearances between the inner casing (4) and the vanes (22, 22′) of the stator (26, 26′),
- method characterized in that it comprises the following, for at least one compression stage (28) comprising a stator (26):
- a suction operation, during which air present in the inner flowpath (36) is sucked in and sent (52) to at least one vane (22) of said stator (26), and
- at least one bleed operation during which air is bled in said at least one vane (22) of said stator (26) and is sent (54) outside the compressor.
