Abstract
Image processing includes computing image ft from image fs, where images ft and fs are representations of a self-similar image at scales t and s in a scale-space, where t<s. Such processing may adapted for image deblurring, denoising and upscaling.
Claims45
An image processing method comprising computing image ft from image fs, where images ft and fs are representations of a self-similar image at scales t and s in a scale-space, where t<s.
Apparatus comprising:
- means for accessing an input digital image;
- and
- means for computing an output digital image from the input digital image, where the output and input images are representations of a self-similar image at scales t and s, respectively, in a scale-space, where t<s.
Apparatus comprising a processor for computing digital image ft from digital image fs, where images ft and fs are representations of a self-similar image at scales t and s in a scale-space, where t<s.
An article comprising memory encoded with code for causing a processor to compute digital image ft from digital image fs, where images ft and fs are representations of a self-similar image at scales t and s in a scale-space, where t<s.
