Abstract
One embodiment of the present invention is a servo writing device that includes: (a) an actuator; (b) a first pushpin block that is coupled to a first side of the actuator and is adapted to drive a first head stack assembly during servo writing on a first disk; and (c) a second pushpin block that is coupled to a second side of the actuator and is adapted to drive a second head stack assembly during servo writing on a second disk.

A servo writing device comprising:
- an actuator;
- a first pushpin block that is coupled to a first side of the actuator and is adapted to drive a first head stack assembly during servo writing on a first disk;
- and
- a second pushpin block that is coupled to a second side of the actuator and is adapted to drive a second head stack assembly during servo writing on a second disk.

A servo writing system comprising:
- an actuator;
- a first pushpin block that is coupled to a first side of the actuator and is adapted to drive a first head stack assembly during servo writing on a first disk;
- a second pushpin block that is coupled to a second side opposite from the first side of the actuator and is adapted to drive a second head stack assembly during servo writing on a second disk;
- and
- a motion control board that is connected to and operated by a computer to control motion of the actuator.
