Abstract
A method of manufacturing an organic EL device provided at least with a light emitting layer between a first electrode and a second electrode disposed above a base member, includes a first step of forming a buffer layer above the first electrode, and at least a part of the buffer layer is formed by a plasma polymerization method in the first step.
Claims18
A method of manufacturing an organic EL device provided at least with a light emitting layer between a first electrode and a second electrode disposed above a base member, comprising:
- forming the light emitting layer by a liquid process.
- forming a buffer layer above the first electrode,
- the forming of the buffer layer including at least a part of the buffer layer is formed by a plasma polymerization method.
An organic EL device comprising:
- a first electrode disposed above a base member;
- a second electrode disposed above the base member;
- a light emitting layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode;
- and
- an insulating film disposed between the light emitting layer and the first electrode.
