Flexible multi-pocketed re-sealable package and method of making

A flexible multi-pocketed re-sealable package comprising:

• a front sheet of flexible material having a top, bottom, first end and second end;
• a back sheet of flexible material having a top, bottom, first end and second end, the first end of the back sheet of flexible material coupled to the first end of the front sheet of flexible material, the second end of the front sheet of flexible material and coupled to the second end of the back sheet of flexible material, and the front sheet of flexible material fused to the back sheet of flexible material wherein a plurality of pockets are defined;
• top strips having separably interlockable complementary resilient plastic profiles and lateral pull flanges of greater thickness than the sheet material coupled to the top of the front sheet of flexible material and the top of the back sheet of flexible material for sealing the plurality of pockets.
