Abstract
A method of analyzing the operation of a delivery system. The method includes: determining a seeding plan; placing a seed piece into the delivery system; tracking the seed piece through the delivery system to generate tracking data; storing the tracking data in a central repository; and analyzing the tracking data to determine one or more faults.
Claims12
A method of analyzing the operation of a delivery system, comprising:
- determining a seeding plan based on a destination code;
- placing a seed piece into the delivery system;
- tracking the seed piece through the delivery system to generate tracking data;
- storing the tracking data in a central repository;
- and
- analyzing the tracking data to determine one or more faults.

A system for analyzing the operation of a delivery system, comprising:
- a memory;
- a database;
- a processor coupled to the memory and the database, the processor configured to:
- determine a seeding plan based on a destination code;
- place a seed piece into the delivery system;
- track the seed piece through the delivery system to generate tracking data;
- store the tracking data in a central repository;
- and
- analyze the tracking data to determine one or more faults.

A computer-readable medium on which is stored a set of instructions for analyzing the operation of a delivery system, which when executed perform stages comprising:
- determining a seeding plan based on a destination code;
- placing a seed piece into the delivery system;
- tracking the seed piece through the delivery system to generate tracking data;
- storing the tracking data in a central repository;
- and
- analyzing the tracking data to determine one or more faults.
