A composition, comprising a first compound, a second compound, and a third compound being a serotonin re-uptake inhibitor, a monoamine oxidase inhibitor, and a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, respectively;

A method of treating depression, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a daily dosage of glabridin 20-3000 mg, a daily dosage of resveratrol 50- 3000 mg, and a daily dosage of quercetin 50-4000 mg.
A method of treating anxiety, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a daily dosage of glabridin 20-3000 mg, a daily dosage of resveratrol 50- 3000 mg, and a daily dosage of quercetin 50-4000 mg.
A method of treating depression, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a daily dosage of isoquercetin 20-3000 mg, a daily dosage of resveratrol 50-3000 mg, and a daily dosage of quercetin 50-4000 mg.
A method of treating anxiety, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a daily dosage of isoquercetin 20-3000 mg, a daily dosage of resveratrol 50-3000 mg, and a daily dosage of quercetin 50-4000 mg.
