An isolated EPH-like receptor protein tyrosine kinase polypeptide or fragment thereof encoded by a nucleic acid selected from:
- a) a nucleic acid comprising a nucleic acid selected from SEQ ID NO:
- 10 and SEQ ID NO:
- 12;
- b) a nucleic acid comprising a portion of a nucleic acid selected from SEQ ID NO:
- 10 and SEQ ID NO:
- 12, wherein the portion encodes at least one of an extracellular domain and a cytoplasmic domain;
- c) a nucleic acid hybridizing at 60° C. in 1M Na+ followed by washing at 60° C. in 0.2×SSC to the complement of the coding region of a nucleic acid selected from SEQ ID NO:
- 10 and SEQ ID NO:
- 12;
- d) a nucleic acid comprising a portion of a nucleic acid hybridizing at 60° C. in 1M Na+ followed by washing at 60° C. in 0.2×SSC to the complement of the coding region of a nucleic acid selected from SEQ ID NO:
- 10 and SEQ ID NO:
- 12, wherein the portion encodes at least one of an extracellular domain and a cytoplasmic domain;
- e) a nucleic acid that is 95% identical to a nucleic acid selected from SEQ ID NO:
- 10 and SEQ ID NO:
- 12;
- f) a nucleic acid that is 95% identical to a portion of a nucleic acid selected from SEQ ID NO:
- 10 and SEQ ID NO:
- 12, wherein the portion encodes at least one of an extracellular domain and a cytoplasmic domain;
- and
- g) a nucleic acid comprising a sequence which is degenerate to a nucleic acid of any one of (a)-(f).
